I am so happy you’re here. I created Mantra to help people find confidence, purpose and a sustainable way to thrive through fitness. Mantra represents my heartfelt belief that passion can be turned into purpose.
My journey to becoming a trainer and coach has been anything but linear. Over the last few years I have found an endless amount strength, CONFIDENCE and happiness by exploring fitness and how far I can push my body. Exercise represents my solace, and my power.
To me, wellness means so much more than exercise and fitness. Don’t get me wrong, how I feel about my body is super important, and yet, it’s not the only thing that makes me, me. For me, wellness means my body moves the way I want it to, so I can go out and do what makes me feel smart, proud and inspired. Right now, that means being able to strengthen my mind, alongside my body, and travel this amazing earth with the people I love and care most about.
Favorite countries I’ve visited, so far? Japan, Vietnam and Portugal. And, I can’t forget my favorite city in the world and hometown: BOSTON. Best city in the world, in my humble opinion.
As for my creds, I’m a NASM-certified personal trainer and weight loss specialist providing hyper-personalized 1:1 and small group coaching services. I’m also a busy executive who knows the value of carving out time to MOVE with intention.
My clients are represented by a constellation of genders, life stages and levels of physical ability, and they all work toward the same goal: identifying what their mantra is, surfacing what’s holding them back, and creating a wellness plan to live life to their max ability.
And if we never get the chance to work together, although I hope we do, I want you to know that it’s never too late to start, it’s OK to be curious, and it’s OK to try. Discomfort often means growth, and that’s a good place to be; don’t be the barrier to your own greatness.
